Is someone watching your Facebook?

Something that is becoming more common is that many people are being watched by others on social networks, these people may be friends, family or even people that you may no longer talk to. Sometimes you wont even know they are doing it!

You may have signed into Facebook on other devices other than your own then forget to sign out.

Either at a friends or a public place, these devices then automatically sign in and allow others to read everything you've been saying publicly and privately or even post content themselves.

To stop this you need to clear all your active sessions, this will force all devices you select to re-enter the sign in details. Ultimately kicking them off your account.

In this guide I will walk you through doing this on Facebook.
Its easier to do on a PC / Mac web browser but can be done on a mobile or tablet too( some of the steps may be slightly different).

PC / Mac (and any other device that can access the full webpage)
So on the Facebook webpage once logged in on the blue title bar along the top go to the far right and click the small drop down arrow then select "Settings".

This will open the Settings on the General page , While on this page i would suggest changing your "password".

You will then select "Security" from the left hand side and then the last option center screen is "Where You're Logged In " this is where you want to go.
It will give you a list of all active sessions.Go ahead and click "end all activity"

This should log you out of every session of Facebook so you will then need to re-login with your new password, on all the devices you use.

Its best to check this every so often to make sure you are the only one that is on your account.

Other steps to take is don't sign into your account on anyone's phone or tablet without making sure you log out.
